I would give the business a 4.5 out of 5 as far as professionalism and a 3.5 out of 5 for quality.
Pros: Hair is true to length and holds a curl well
Cons: Tangles and Mattes. Needs a lot of moisture! Sheds even though i sealed the wefts
So now it's back to my lovely Mongolian Kinky Curly until i find another vendor. I'm looking into buying some Genesis Virgin Hair when she gets it in stock :-/
I'm glad I'm not the only one that had a few problems with that hair. One of my bundles smelled like the donor was a smoker & some parts of the wefts were already unraveling. I haven't sent an email because in feel like "you get what you pay for" and I'm up for a challenge..so I'm gonna make it work..as Tim gunn would say. Thanks so much for your honest review Tommie!

I just posted about a new company called Tonsure Hair - I can't attest to their shedding and tangling just yet, but the hair is GORGEOUS and during washing it didn't have any problems. It's certainly more affordable than my previous Indique hair.

ReplyDeleteGenesis Virgin Hair is also GORGEOUS but I found out where she gets her hair from. Get it from her vendor on AliExpress. The name of the store is Queens Hair. You get the exact same hair but for a lower price, and you get it faster. I found out who her vendor was from BHM A.K.A. the weave experts, lol. I bought a 16" bundle and 2 18" bundles for $146... $180 with shipping (ships from China). It's cheaper than going through Genesis of course (cut out the middle man). I absolutely love the hair. Check out reviews on YouTube for it. Nothing but good reviews! I think Juan (the vendor) is on vacay until Feb 3rd though, but after that I say go for it!

Girl I say cut out thr middle man too. I didn't find out until it was too late. I ordered well pre-ordered my hair on Feb 8,2012. Still didn't get the tracking info for the hair like told 2 weeks ago. A lot of people are complaining about the same thing. People that ordered hair on Feb 20th got their tracking info a whilw ago. I haven't heard anything back from the company and the phoneline voicemail is full while the other number is disconnected. So, if you want the hair you will have to wait cause it's been a month of waiting for me and still no answer from Genesis and they have my money.
